This year has already marked many milestones for our PE Department, and with the entry into the SSV Secondary competition things are just starting to warm up for our young aspiring athletes.
For the first time in Al Siraat history. we have participated in our very first volleyball competition. Our Year 9/10 boys team battled it out against the likes of Glenroy, Coburg and Ilim College. Each game played demonstrated the work that had been done in the past three years when the game was heavily embedded into the PE curriculum in 2015.
Our students were placed third out of five teams, and with two wins out of four there were definitely signs of a bright and promising future.
