On Thursday, our Year 7 cohort attended the Chinese Museum as part of their unit on ancient China.
It was a great opportunity to see some interesting artefacts and gain further knowledge about this amazing civilisation. We were thoroughly impressed by the size of the Chinese dragon.
Students also took part in a Chinese calligraphy workshop and were given an opportunity to learn about the writing system and how it developed during the period being studied. It was great to see all students participating and enjoying the experience.
