Ms Stamatia and a dedicated group of our Senior students from Year 9 and 10 organised a Morning Tea for students, parents and staff from 11am to 1pm. Cakes, muffins, sweets and hot drinks were for sale for gold coin donations. The money from the sale is to be donated to a charity.
All sale items were freshly baked by the students under the supervision of Ms Stamatia. Students were busy until late at night and extra support was called in by Ms Stamatia’s daughter and Mrs Julie Christopoulos, our consultant from Independent Schools Victoria (ISV).
A big thank you to Ms Tanya who kindly opened her house for our students and staff to continue baking in her oven after the school oven stopped working.
