Food Technology classes are well underway at Al Siraat, despite a short delay in access to the new TEAMS Building.
Improvised classes are taking place in the Senior Assembly Hall and students are enjoying the new experience. All students from Years 7 to 9 and 30 Year 10 Elective students are learning to chop, slice and dice! This week students worked on knife and presentation skills with a fruit salad practical.
