Al Siraat hosted a Parent Education Seminar (PES) for parents with children in Years Foundation to 2 on Wednesday, 1 March 2017. It was pleasing to witness an amazing turnout of parents enthusiastic to learn the same literacy strategies that are taught in our classrooms.
The workshop involved explicit teaching of the Thrass concepts and various hands on activities to help parents consolidate their learning. We would like to thank all the parents who attended for their commitment and for actively engaging in all activities during the session.
