Another great morning at Islamic Storytime, despite the wet and cold weather.
It was warm inside, with lots of fun to be had.
Our books this week "Help Your Mother" and "Love Your Siblings" lead us to focus on our families. The children had fun pasting figures of adults and children on a picture of a house, to indicate all the people in their own households, and then they coloured them in.
Seeing the sizes of each others families was fascinating, and the children felt proud including their family members on the pages.
The morning concluded with nursery rhymes, to warm everyone up before braving the cold again outside.
