31 August 2017

Alhamdulillah, our students have had a magnificent time completing their Hajj Simulation. From the moment they started reciting the “Talbiyah”:

2017 Hajj Simulation

  • "Here I am O Allah! Here I am, at Your service! You have no partner, here I am. All praise, grace and dominion belong to You. You have no partner."

to the walk between Safa and Marwa, the essence of the pilgrimage was captured in their hearts and minds.

It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to learn about the significance of Hajj, how to perform the rituals and gain an understanding of the sacrifice that prophet Ibrahim عليه السلام was prepared to make.

Jazakum Allah khair to our Year 9 students and staff for all their hard work and assistance throughout the Hajj simulation.

May Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى accept the intention of all the believers that are performing Hajj this year, Ameen.
